How do I sign up for new service?

We do not currently offer online "start service" sign-ups for customers outside of Grand Island. If you live in a city other than Grand Island, please call the telephone number listed below:

If you live in Grand Island:

1. Click on the “Sign-Up Now” button.
2. Read our Terms of Service, and click "Agree" if you wish to proceed.
3. Complete the Customer Information form. Click "Next" when you have completed your Customer Information.
4. Choose Mid-Nebraska Disposal, or Clark Brothers Sanitation for your service provider and select the other services for which you wish to sign up from the options provided. You have the choice of a single pick-up per week or two pick-ups per week. In addition, you may choose to sign up for yard waste service or order a second yard waste Toter.
5. Complete your order by entering your billing information with our secure system provided by authorize.net.
6. Print out your service order receipt if you wish to have a copy for your records. You will also receive the same information in a confirmation email.

How do I pay my bill for existing service?

To use online bill-pay, you need to know the account number shown on your statement, and a credit card. Then click the "Pay My Bill" button. Or contact us if you have more questions about paying your bill.
